We are currently recruiting an experienced Rooms Division Manager for a beautiful 4* Property in Monaghan. Successful candidate will have Many years 4/5* Hotel Front Office and Rooms Division Management experience, in a similar business environment and ideally in a busy Leisure or Corporate Hotel.

You will support the General Manager - taking responsibility for all Rooms Division processes from guest reservations, Revenue and Yield Management to boosting efficiencies within the Department whilst ensuring your team offer superb service to all guests. you need to write and achieve the Rooms Budget every years liasing closely with Sales and General Management on achieving these targets You will be technically experienced with proven management, training, motivation and communication skills. Candidates must have at least five years hands on experience in a similar style establishment and be dedicated to implementing the highest standards in training, service quality and guest relations.
