Accounts Assistant

A new permanent position has just come available, for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their Financial Department. The role will involve both Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable as well as communicating with key business stakeholders.

The company is an Irish Indigenous Business business based in Co. Louth. They are an employer of choice and in business over 26 years.

This role is based fully onsite in Co. Louth.

THE ROLE:

* Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable - processing high volume vendor invoices through NetSuite.

* Reconciling vendor statements monthly

* Reconciling bank statements

* Processing expenses

* Resolution of account queries

* Generating and sending out account statements

* Liaising with customers regarding account queries as well as setting up new customer accounts

* PO Management

* Liaise with various departments within the business

* Meeting accounting deadlines and producing monthly & quarterly financial reports

* Assisting in administrative duties

REQUIREMENTS:

* You will have 1-2 years Accounts Assistant experience in a similar role

* You will be proficient on Microsoft Office including Excel

* Experience in NetSuite is an advantage but not essential

* Previous experience working within engineering based administration is advantageous but not essential
