Associate Director - FP&A

My Client, a reputable Multinational in Cork, is looking to recruit an Associate Director for the Financial planning team. This position reports directly to the Associate Vice President in Finance and is a key member of the Finance Leadership team. THE ROLE:

* Become a key member of the Financial Planning team, offering leadership and direction.
* Report monthly to Corporate colleagues with accurate financial results 
* Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure an efficient and timely month end process 
* Deliver Monthly, Quarterly and Annual ad-hoc Financial Forecasts 
* Responsible for costing, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis 
* Support internal and external audits 
* Drive Process improvements across the site 

REQUIREMENTS:

* Professional Accounting Qualification - ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA 
* Pharma/Manufacturing Experience essential 
* Management Experience desired 
* Experience with an ERP system 
* Excellent communicator and the ability to inspire those on your team 
* Consistently meet strict deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
