Digital Marketing Executive required for B2B client in Munster.
This position can be fully remote or hybrid in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, depending on the applicant.
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Creative Services and working within an existing team of four.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Social Media Strategy: Lead the charge in ideating and developing engaging monthly organic social media calendars that align with client goals and trends.
- Create Compelling Content: Collaborate with our talented design team to turn creative concepts into visually stunning social media posts, crafting compelling copy that resonates with audiences and incorporates SEO-friendly keywords.
- Manage Paid Social Campaigns: Take ownership of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and Meta, ensuring that they drive engagement, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
- Social Media Moderation: Monitor and engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages promptly, fostering a positive and active environment on client social channels.
- Write and Publish Blogs: Research, write, and publish insightful and engaging blog content on WordPress, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and resonates with target audiences.
- Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute high-converting email marketing campaigns using platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp, ensuring optimal audience engagement and delivering measurable results.
- SEO Optimization: Lead keyword research and optimize content across websites and blogs, refining copy, meta descriptions, and tags to boost organic visibility and achieve high search engine rankings.
- Define and Track KPIs: Work closely with clients to establish measurable KPIs based on their business goals. Track performance and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure success.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. You’ll present findings to clients at the end of each month, demonstrating the value of your efforts.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in using industry-leading digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SemRush).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to present reports and results to clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You have design or video production experience and are comfortable using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- You have hands-on experience managing Google PPC Ads and optimizing paid search campaigns.
