Financial Services Administrator

Are you a recent graduate looking to pursue QFA exams? Or are you currently progressing through your QFA’s and looking for a change?  Then I have the perfect role for you!

A Cork City based Insurance company are currently seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join their Financial Services team.  

This is a fully on site role, located in Cork City Centre. 

Responsibilities:

* Managing new business applications in Pension, Investments and Life Assurance & ensuring these are processed in an accurate and timely manner.

* Ensuring effective communication with our Financial Services Consultants.

* Communicating with clients over the phone and email, keeping them updated on the progress of their applications.

* General financial services administration.

* Adhering to Central Bank supporting Financial Services Consultants with and ad hoc administration duties.

Requirements:

* Hold or be progressing through your QFA.

* Ideally have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role.

* Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

* Be client focused.

* Have great attention to detail.

* Be proficient in excel & word.
