Head of Finance

A new permanent position has just come available, for an experienced Head of Finance to join the Financial Department and work as part of the Senior Management team.

The company is a fast expanding leading Irish Electrical Installation company based in Dublin. You will oversee the Financial Operations of the Company and ensure the integrity of Financial Reporting. The role requires a deep understanding of Management and Financial Accounting along with a strong Business Acumen. You will work closely with the Directors of the company which will require excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and build relationships with all Stakeholders within the company.

This role is a fully onsite position.

THE ROLE:

* Manage & improve the existing Finance Team and systems with a diligent Ethos. 

* Provide timely analysis of monthly and annual Management Accounts. This will require an understanding of the industry metrics & KPI’s. 

* Liaise & deal with the Annual Audit.

* Manage & Monitor Margin Analysis & encourage a cost control culture in addition to Procurement, Inventory control, Fleet oversight and dealing with Government Agencies.

* Oversee and have control of the finance Function in the Company which will involve preparation & review of Business Plans, Budgets, Cash Flow Projections and Cash Flow Management.

* Working across the Various Departments in the Company such as Sales, Operations, Warehouse & Stock Inventory control.

REQUIREMENTS:

* You will be a Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 4-5 years management experience

* You will be deadline & performance driven, you will have strong analytical & strategic skills

* You will be commercially minded and have extensive experience in Business Partnering

* Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
