HR Business Partner

A HR Business Partner is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based food production client. The person will have opportunity to shape HR strategy and systems across all aspects of the business as part of the management team.

THE ROLE:

* Working with the Interim Head of HR to design and implement a new HR strategy for a rapidly growing business.

* As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in designing & implementing HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring smooth management of all aspects of the employee lifecycle; Recruitment, Employee Engagement & Relations, Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits.

* Partner with senior leaders on areas such as organisation design, succession planning, retention & development for key talent.

* Implement, deploy and manage the transition to a new HRIS system.

REQUIREMENTS:

* 6+ years HR experience.

* Proven experience in HR roles partnering with senior leaders.

* Strong knowledge of Irish employment laws and HR best practices.

* BSc in Human Resources Management or CIPD

* Primarily onsite with some travel to West Cork factory.
