A HR Manager is needed by Careerwise Recruitment for our West Cork based food production client. The role will involve a wide range of HR functions and will be the first point of contact for all employees offering advice, guidance and coaching to help effectively manage and coach all managers and employees.

THE ROLE:

* Act as the main point of contact for all employees and provide excellent HR support and expertise.

* Recommend and Implement new HR policies, procedures and initiatives with an employee centred mindset, that succeed due to high Leadership engagement whilst ensuring they are in line with changing legislation and HR best practice.

* Scale current policies and objectives of the Company and ensure consistency across two sites.

* Develop a strong business partnering relationship with managers and ensure all decision- making processes are consistent within the HR framework.

* Build Good Working Relationships across the business

* Responsible for managing all employee records

* Investigate thoroughly all employee relations processes within the time guidelines of the company policies.

* Manage and administer the recruitment and onboarding process insuring a positive experience for the candidate. Including candidate review, interview set up, issuing contracts and manage work visa requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential)

* Minimum 5 years’ HR Experience

* Deep understanding of Employment Law

* Possesses excellent communication and relationship building skills with all levels of employees and managers

* Enjoys the administrative aspects of the role with a high level of comfort with Microsoft office

*West Cork - 3 days a week  minimum and Cork  Site the remaining days. Hybrid Working will be considered after one continuous year of service. Own transport required.
