Production Technician P1 - 11 M

A Process Technician P1 is required on an initial 11-Month contract basis by CareerWise Recruitment for our Dublin-based multinational bio-pharmaceutical client.

THE ROLE:

• Completion of daily sample registration and reconciliation of same with electronic data
• Prepare buffers, materials as required for analytical procedures
• General Housekeeping
• Assisting routine processing of test samples and associated electronic information
• Lysing and cleaning DNA samples
• Scanning of sample
• Sample quality checks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in using multi-channel pipettes
• Previous experience in an ISO accredited laboratory
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with a manufacturing or production line environment
• Ability to work independently and to daily targets
• Experience in DNA clean up and preparation preferred, not essential
• Work as part of a team to achieve common goals
• Fast learner
• Degree/Diploma in Science Biology or Molecular Biology
