Quality Assurance (QA) Associate – Training and Qualification required for pharma client based in Limerick.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Design, develop, and update training materials, curricula, and assessments, with an emphasis on creating engaging video content and interactive digital modules. Ensure that all personnel are adequately trained in relevant procedures, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, subject matter experts (SMEs), and digital content creators to identify training needs and develop customized, multimedia-rich training programs. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure alignment of training initiatives with overall company goals.
  • Qualification and Certification: Oversee the qualification process for employees, ensuring that individuals are properly qualified for their roles through appropriate digital training tools, assessments, and evaluations.
  • Digital Content Creation: Develop high-quality video content and other digital training materials that enhance learning experiences. Utilize digital platforms to deliver training efficiently across the organization.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all training and qualification records are accurately maintained and comply with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO). Conduct periodic audits of training records to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct in-person, virtual, and video-based training sessions for new hires and existing employees. Provide hands-on training and guidance where necessary, particularly in specialized areas.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Propose and implement improvements to enhance training outcomes, focusing on innovative digital solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices. Ensure that training programs evolve in response to changes in regulatory requirements, utilizing digital tools where applicable. Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Digital Media, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, Instructional Design) are a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on training, qualification, and digital content creation in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or similar industry).
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, GMP), and industry best practices. Proficiency in training software, Learning Management Systems (LMS), video editing tools, and other digital content creation platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely through both traditional and digital formats.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
