Quality Technician

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a Quality Technician on a 4 month fixed-term contract for our Dairy client in County Limerick.  

THE ROLE:

* Develop and write production work instructions for use on manufacturing floors, ensuring clarity and usability (visual documents).
* Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, Engineering, and HSE teams to gather technical information.
* Translate complex processes into clear, structured, and visual documentation tailored for frontline manufacturing personnel.
* Ensure documentation complies with food safety standards and internal company policies.
* Participate in walkthroughs, interviews, and observations to verify and validate procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Proven experience in technical writing, preferably within a food manufacturing or regulated production environment.
* Strong understanding of food safety, quality management systems, and manufacturing operations.
* Ability to convert technical information into reader-friendly and SOP-compliant documents.
