This organization is renowned for its life-changing technologies and innovative approach to healthcare.

As a Manufacturing Engineer in the Vascular Division, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's manufacturing operations. The position involves optimizing processes, enhancing manufacturing yield, and troubleshooting materials, equipment, and processes using continuous improvement tools. You will work closely with operations, quality, R&D, and materials & purchasing departments to ensure that manufacturing processes are efficient and meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute technical activities for developing new or improved products and processes.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to communicate technical findings.
• Analyze and address complex engineering problems with innovative solutions.
• Apply engineering principles to drive process improvements and address business needs.
• Build and maintain a network of internal and external resources, and mentor new engineers.
• Manage project teams, provide expert engineering advice, and participate in validation activities.

Experience, Education, and Skills Required:

• NFQ Level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline.
• 2+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic technical knowledge and understanding of business functions.
• Ability to use professional concepts and company policies to solve routine problems.
