Medical Secretary
Our client, a long established & highly regarded GP practice in the city centre, are now looking to further expand their office team & have exclusively engaged with us in Cpl to hire an experienced Medical Secretary.

The Job:
As a key part of a busy team, you will play an important role in the efficient running of the office & be responsible for a wide range of administrative support tasks, engaging with patients & assisting the management team with their individual administration needs.
More specifically you will respond to inbound & outbound patient enquires, prepare medical reports, maintain confidential data, organise appointments, process payments, engage with external specialists & manage regulatory & compliance administration duties.
Your Skills & Experience that we need:
- 2-3+ years’ relevant medical secretary or medical administration experience. Candidates from other professional services environments - eg property/real estate, legal office, etc. will also be considered.
- Proven ability to multi-task & prepare complex reports.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & phone manner.
- Strong IT skills.
- Relevant qualifications.
The Offer:
The is a full time/permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications but expected to be approx. 30-35k.
This position will be fully office based in Limerick city centre.
