My client is seeking to hire a a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team based in Nenagh Co. Tipperary.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support in order to ensure the smooth running of the office and assist with various with day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining organised environment to ensure smooth day to day operations
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as required by different departments.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of all documents, both physical and digital
- Handle general inquiries and provide information
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Promptly answer email and phone enquiries; manage main phone line
- Update internal accounts database and spreadsheets
- Creation, collection and management of all documentation
- Provide an excellent level of customer service
- Meet obligations to management standards
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including booking rooms, preparing materials
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience in a similar admin role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability prioritize and multitask
- A positive attitude
