Receptionist

Our client, a long established and highly reputable manufacturing multinational based in County Limerick are now actively recruiting to fill an upcoming Receptionist vacancy.
The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Receptionist will answer company telephones professionally, interact positively with visitors, while forging strong relationships and ensuring that office policies, processes, and procedures are successfully implemented.
Responsibilities to include:
· Receptionist duties, such as, answering calls on main switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors, managing deliveries, sorting mail, arranging couriers, taxis and other related tasks
· Manage general administrative office duties (printing, binding, scanning, filing, photocopying, preparing outgoing shipments for all office staff as required)
· Assist with PO Requisitions.
· Postage / Incoming Packages
· Courier collections- Incoming and Outgoing – Maintain Records Accordingly
· Contractor inductions paperwork
· Interact positively with visitors, forging strong relationships
· Support Sales Team as required
· Ensure that office policies, processes, and procedures are successfully implemented
Experience & Qualifications that we need;
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Receptionist/Office Administration role
· Secretarial qualification
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Confident and proficient user of MS Office applications, IT literate
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
· Ability to prioritise tasks as per deadline requirements
· SAP experience is an advantage
· Team Player
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to prioritise tasks as per deadline requirements
The Offer:
This is a permanent position and salary will be up to €32,500K annually, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
Hours of work– Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.
Please note this role will be fully office based, onsite in Co. Limerick, due to the nature of the role.
