Are you looking for a role that gives you the opportunity to interact with customers and design beautiful bespoke furniture?

Our client, a dynamic and highly successful Irish interior design organisation are now, due to a significant increase in business levels, looking to expand their Limerick city-based operation and have engaged with Cpl to hire an experienced Sales Designer Executive to join their team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage the design process and customer journey from initial concept to installation and design beautiful space saving solutions for clients based on their wants and needs using our clients’ superior products and services.

The Sales Designer will meet with customers both inhouse and travel offsite to the customer’s home and design solutions that meet the customers’ lifestyle requirements and help the customer visualise the design through utilising industry leading CAD, visual aids, and samples from beginning to end.

You will communicate effectively with customers throughout the design and sales process, work closely with the Head of Design and keep up to date with current design trends.

The successful candidate will be willing to work flexible hours to meet customer needs, including evenings and weekends where necessary.

Skills & Experience that we need:

•           Minimum of 3 years' sales experience and 1 year in KBB sales (Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms industry)

•           Great interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer experience.

•           Consistent sales performer, a history of achieving high sales volumes.

•           Pro-active, enthusiastic, and organised

•           Own transport & full clean driver’s licence

•           Willing to sell and carry out design appointments both offsite & inhouse

•           Willing to work some evenings and weekends

•           Have a natural interest and flair for home furnishings and interior design, keeping up to date with current trends.

•           Experience of working on a CAD system

•           IT proficient

•           Well organised with excellent attention to detail.

The Offer:

This is a permanent role with excepted base salary of €40,000K per annum, plus commission, depending on candidate’s experience, plus generous car allowance, with company laptop/mobile phone provided.
