Scheduling Administrator
Our client, a long established & highly regarded provider of technical equipment & engineering services to the multinational sector, have now engaged with us in CPL to help them recruit an experienced Scheduling Administrator to join their technical services team on a permanent basis.

The Job:
As a key part of the Technical Services team, the successful candidate will coordinate workflows & projects for service engineers & technical staff across Ireland as well as supporting their corporate client base with their needs.
More specifically this will include duties such as scheduling maintenance & installation visits to client sites, responding to urgent client queries, assisting field-based colleagues with scheduling product deliveries, maintaining accurate stock/inventory databases, reviewing service reports, collating client feedback & performing quality control reviews on documents.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree qualified ideally.
- 2-3+ years' relevant experience in managing corporate clients & scheduling.
- Experience in a technical/engineering or manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
- Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues & clients at all levels.
- Strong IT & reporting skills.
The Offer:
This position is being offered as a permanent role with base salary depending on the candidate's skills & experience mix but will reflect the complexity of the role. This role will be 5 days office based in Limerick city.
Candidates without the relevant work permit/visa to live & work in Ireland on a permanent basis will not be considered.
