Senior HR Business Partner

The Job:
As a key part of the senior HR management group & reporting to the National Director of HR, the successful candidate will provide a full range of strategic level HR support & servicing to diverse teams across 3 company sites. More specifically this will include leading ER & IR engagements for these sites (including union engagement), overseeing training/L&D initiatives, managing recruitment processes for more complex/senior level roles, HR risk management & implementing change, comps/bens oversight & providing HR guidance & advice to local management groups.
Your Skills/Experience that we need
- 3rd level degree qualified, or above, in HR, business studies or a related discipline.
- 4-5+ years’ experience in a senior level HR role.
- Experienced gained in a unionised environment is not essential but would be a significant advantage.
- Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
- Excellent attention to detail & inter-personal skills to build relationships across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on projects.
- Own car & full license as there will be some limited nationwide travel with this role.
The Offer:
Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but expected to be approx. 100k with excellent benefits including significant pension contribution, educational assistances, excellent annual leave entitlement, etc. etc.
This role will be a hybrid mix with 3 days in office & the balance working from home/remote so may suit candidates outside the immediate Shannon region.
