The Job:

As a key part of the materials team, the successful candidate will be responsible for organising supply chain, purchasing, and administrative functions across the business.

More specifically you will oversee the purchasing, receipting and checking of inbound raw materials, setting up new suppliers as well as managing existing relationships, coordinating logistics/shipping to customer sites, inventory/stock reporting on the ERP system, resolving complex order queries, and generating purchase orders to help support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Experience/Skills required:

• 3^rd level degree qualified.
• 3+ years experience in a relevant supply chain or materials focused role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Knowledge of GMP, ICH & ISO guidelines.
• Strong IT skills including previous experience in using ERP systems.

The Offer:

This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary depending on skills & experience to date but expected to range to approx. 50k. In addition there will be an annual bonus of up to 5%, pension contribution, private health care, life assurance, educational supports & other minor/related benefits.

This position will be 5 days office based in Limerick.
