Main Duties:
Responsible for prep & service in different food sections (savoury & sweet). Need to have good communicational skills and legal permitted to work in Ireland
Experience:
Minimum 5 years extensive experience working as Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant.
Have strong knowledge of HACCP
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Excellent knowledge and passion for food
Ability to work under pressure and keep a cool head
