As a Human Resources graduate, you will support HR teams throughout a range of government departments in achieving key organisational objectives through the successful implementation of local HR strategies.
This may include transforming and modernising HR in an organisation and across the Civil Service. In this role, your work may focus on the strategic and operational activity in the areas of employee wellbeing and inclusion, talent management, agile working and change enablement, strategic workforce planning, recruitment and selection, learning and development and future skills, organisational design, employee relations and industrial and HR technology and analytics.
