We are a well-established road marking and traffic management company with a full order book.
This is a key position within the company, requiring a d professional with experience in accounts, invoicing and operational administration within a construction, contracting, or comparable industry.
Key Responsibilities
Invoicing & Accounts Management: Manage the preparation and processing of invoices, ensuring timely issuance and follow-up on payments.
Credit Control: Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding monies due, and liaise with clients to ensure prompt payment.
Payroll Administration: Oversee and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Liaison with Accountants: Work closely with external accountants and auditors.
