Required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor who are currently undertaking a for a large-scale residential/apartment project in Dublin City/D4.

Long term contract, Circa. 12-months.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential finishing roles, a keen eye for detail to ensure top quality finishes, and excellent leadership skills to manage subcontractors and ensure project timelines are met.

Required:

• Carpentry background
• Experience as a Finishing Foreman for a Main Building Contractor in Ireland or the UK
• Strong communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
