Junior HSQE Advisor - Cork (Munster)

A leading provider of sustainable engineering solutions in water and wastewater infrastructure across Ireland and the UK is looking to expand their team. Join a dynamic and rapidly growing company committed to safety, sustainability, and innovation.

The role will be based in Cork with travel to various sites in Munster so the ideal candidate MUST hold a full driving license. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the HSQE System across projects
• Monitor and ensure Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability standards are met on-site
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and accident investigations
• Assist in the development of Site Construction Stage plans, including traffic and waste management
• Support senior advisors in ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
• Provide training and induction sessions for site teams and subcontractors
• Ensure ISO (9001, 45001, 14001) compliance
• Report on risk management and safety performance, and maintain site safety documentation

Requirements:

• Level 7 qualification in Health and Safety
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role (construction/pharma/med device preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation 
• Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail
• Full driving license
