Long-Term Scheduler : County Meath.
As Team Leader for the Scheduling Team, you will have the overall responsibility for all production scheduling, using modern planning software for long and medium-term planning.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach team members
• Scheduling and optimisation (including financial) of all activities
• Mineral Resource and Reserve calculations and reporting
• Preparing data and analysis for productivity analysis and optimisation
• Support the development of the Management Operating System
• Support unit cost development and analysis
Interested applicants should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years' experience in underground mining operations, including a minimum of 2 years' experience in production and mine planning
• Project management skills are an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of mine planning software
• Must have good analytical skills, good organisational skills, a high learning capacity, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Good communication skills with strong verbal, written and computer skills.
