Production Team Leader - County Leitrim.

Our client seeks enthusiastic Production Team Leader for their plant in County Leitrim.
Reporting to the site Production Manager the role will have responsibility for supervision of the assigned production lines, working to ensure quality and production targets.

Main Requirements:
To manage and supervise the departments and areas as assigned. 
• Lead and co-ordinate an 8 person team.
• Lead and plan PIT Communication Meetings.
• Monitor product quality.
• Ability to follow a plan.
• Ability to rotate and train personnel in the team.
• Carry out metal detection checks
• Rotation of stock

• Hygiene as set out in the HACCP system.
• Management of staff attendance with HR
• Corrective action from customer complaints
