Our client is a medium-sized main contractor who are currently undertaking a 4-5 storey residential project in North Dublin using RC frame.

Project Manager Roles & responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project budgets
• Programming and planning
• Effectively manage project resources
• Liaise with Subcontractors and Site Team
• Monitor the commercial progress of the project
• Maintain a high standard of health and safety

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience as Project Manager
• RC Frame experience/Precast frame/envelope
