A leading residential developer specializing in high-quality housing projects across Dublin and Kildare is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale residential projects, with a focus on delivering exceptional quality and value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and cost estimates
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises to optimize project expenditure
• Prepare tender documentation and manage procurement processes
• Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and manage project finances, including cash flow forecasting and interim valuations
• Assess and process payment applications and invoices
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address potential cost implications
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years (Junior), 3–5 years (Intermediate), or 5+ years (Senior) working as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably on residential projects in Ireland
• Strong understanding of Irish construction standards, regulations, and procurement practices
• Proficiency in construction-related software (e.g., Buildsoft, CostX, or similar) and MS Office Suite
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
