Service Technician - Ireland.

Our UK based client develops and manufactures production and packaging equipment for customers around the world, and are recognised development partner for pharmaceutical and medical companies.

The company has retained us to recruit a Service Technician for Ireland.

There is flexibility as to where the successful candidate is based in Ireland.

Key responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Preparation, installation, start up, production support, maintenance, and repair of the company's machines on customer sites.
Support the assembly of equipment and acceptance testing
Train customers on the equipment
Identify potential equipment improvements
Provide telephone support to customers
Work closely and communicate effectively with the Customer Service Department in UK and Germany
