Stoma Care Clinical Nurse Advisor
Reporting to: Business Unit Manager – WOC & IPC (Wound, Ostomy, Continence, Infection Prevention Control)
Location: Dublin Head Office – Territory covers the Republic of Ireland, with a focus on key accounts and regions. Ideally based in the Midlands or Dublin area.

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing support in stoma care for key customers in line with the rollout of the Homecare Service.
- Professionally represent the company and its product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and target customers.
- Monitor developments, trends, and competitor activities within the assigned territory, providing feedback to the Business Unit Manager.
- Deliver education and technical support for stoma care to medical personnel and key customers.
- Contribute technical expertise in the creation of educational materials and support systems.
- Promote and identify opportunities for the company’s product range in line with business objectives.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, meetings, and site visits.
- Keep accurate customer and territory records through the CRM system and other reporting tools, meeting deadlines set by management.
- Utilize advanced product knowledge and professional sales techniques to maximize product use and sales.
- Maintain regular contact with Clinical Nurse Specialists to stay updated on current clinical trends and practices.
- Provide tailored training, education, and support to meet the specific needs and expectations of individual customers.
- Implement attraction, development, and retention strategies for key and target accounts.

Essential Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with the INMB.
- Proven experience in stoma care; additional experience in urology is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with excellent listening capabilities.
- Effective time management, administrative, and written communication skills.
- Full, clean driving license.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when required.
