WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are now looking for Executive Officers to join our team. These roles will be based across the organisation in teams that work in programme delivery, strategy and policy or internal business support.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing organisational delivery and efficiency by providing high level business support underpinning programmes and/or service delivery. In your position you will also engage proactively with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders.
Whilst ensuring compliance with financial and procedural standards you will use advanced business information systems, contributing to the management, development and refinement of delivery of services to both internal and external stakeholders. You will also have a role to play in the ongoing development of InterTradeIreland’s internal and external delivery of projects and will actively participate in team meetings.

THE IDEAL PERSON WILL HAVE:
· A degree or equivalent third level qualification OR 3 years’ experience in an administration role within a business environment.
· 3 years’ experience in the delivery of business support and administrative duties, financial reporting, customer engagement and correspondence within a business environment.
· Experience of gathering, interpreting and presenting data and information in various formats for reports, papers and/or presentations.
· Experience of effectively monitoring and managing financial data, including checking for and maintaining accuracy.
· A high level of IT competency in a business environment, to include a working knowledge and experience in CRM/Database management and Microsoft Office/365.
· Experience of your ability to adapt to changing priorities and proactively identify and address emerging business needs using your own initiative.
· The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, paying attention to the relevance of the content and the target audience.
