We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Biologics VCM Product Leader to join our team. This role is integral to our mission, ensuring the seamless execution of product supply strategies and contributing to the success of our biologic's products.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Supply Chain Working Group (SCWG) or Value Chain Management Team (VCMT) for product management.
- Oversee commercial siting selection, supply chain design, and value stream mapping.
- Align and endorse supply chain strategies through senior stakeholder management and executive governance forums.
- Develop and maintain product supply chain lifecycle strategies via Product Master Plans (PMP).
- You will have the opportunity to manage post-approval product enhancements, technical changes, and productivity projects.
- Handle product supply chain Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Lead Global Filing and Launch (GFLS) strategy development for market launches.
- Develop and maintain Cost of Goods projections throughout the product lifecycle.
Who You Are
You are ready if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain Management with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in large molecule (biologics/vaccines) operations, technology, quality, and supply chain.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex projects with geographically diverse members.
- Knowledge of Product/Process Development, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations.
- Understanding of manufacturing, testing, and release processes, as well as regulatory strategy for new product introduction and lifecycle management.
- Ability to design and optimize product supply chains to meet capacity, cost, and performance targets.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making skills, and the ability to influence direction in ambiguous situations.
Nice to have, but not essential:
- Master’s degree or higher in a related discipline
