Are you passionate about fostering learning and development? As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you will collaborate closely with managers and leaders to understand their needs and create impactful learning solutions. You will play a vital role in executing learning and development strategies and ensuring they align with business goals. 

 Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following: 

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to identify their performance needs and learning gaps. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance outcomes and provide feedback on learning programs. 
  • Identify and facilitate the delivery of appropriate learning solutions. 
  • Deliver training directly or support subject matter experts in training delivery. 
  • Monitor and analyze internal trends to recommend effective learning solutions. 
  • Stay updated on best practices in learning and development to provide informed advice. 
  • Support the development of a clear learning strategy based on client needs and report on learning effectiveness. 
  • Review and recommend actions for interim or unplanned learning requests. 

 What skills you will need: 

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have: 

  •  Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilitating or delivering learning solutions. 
  • Experience with GMP industry/background preferred 
  • Open on travel as you will support 3 of our sites based in the North Dublin region – connected to Dundalk for 2025 solely.  
  • Understand of how to navigate a Learning Management system
