PMCE require a Project Administrator with duties including: -
- Providing administrative and financial management support to project managers.
- Maintaining administrative records in line with the Quality Management System and assist in the continual improvement and optimisation of processes to achieve organisational goals.
- Undertaking regular project-level financial & risk analysis and reporting on project performance.
- Analyse project financial data to identify trends & risks and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare regular commercial, financial and project performance reports to support decision-making by management.
- Managing and delivering internal administrative & business development projects.
- Providing administrative support to the senior management team.
- Undertaking general office administration.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on finance or project management.
- Proficient in data analysis, financial forecasting and risk management.
- Experience of working within a team.
- Expertise in using enterprise-level software for financial reporting, billing and project tracking.
- A knowledge of Irish and EU business regulations is desirable.
Knowledge and Skills
- An ability to communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and managers.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Experience in using MS Office 365, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to use initiative to resolve tasks or problems that may arise.
- Excellent time management & organisational ability.
- An ability to adapt to new systems and drive process improvements.
