We are currently recruiting an experienced Bar Manager, responsible for daily Food and Beverage Operations in the Hotel Bar to join a prominent 4* Hotel in Cork.
Requirements
· Experience in managing Food and high volume Beverage operations in the Hotel Bars
· Management experience in Rostering, Purchasing, ordering, stocks, Tills and cash management needed,
· Must display effective leadership and team management abilities
· Reliable, committed, motivated and above all professional person
· A positive attitude, a “can do” approach, an approachable style
· 3+ years Bar / Beverage Management experience in 4* Hotel in Ireland preferred,
· Work Permit is not available for this role, full legal status to work in Ireland is required.
Responsibilities
· Manage daily operations and coordinating all aspets of the hotel Bar service
· Lead and guide the team as required during service / shift
· Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail
· Observe all shift and opening / closing procedures and training the team in consistance and compliance
· Provide leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all
