We are recruiting Chef de Partie for busy 4* Hotel in Cork. We are looking for imaginative and motivated colleague with a passion for cooking to add to our Client's Kitchen team. We are currently recruiting experienced Chef de Partie with experience in a similar role i.e. 4* Deluxe Hotel with extensive Banqueting and Wedding business plus bar Carvery and Brasserie Restaurant
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a hygienic working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards.
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment.
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar quality food background and role.
- Experience working Hotel Restaurant, banqueting Service and Bar/Bistro/Brasserie style outlets
- HACCP Knowledge and Training.
- Certification from a recognised body is preferred.
- Flexibility to work with other disciplines within the Kitchen and a team player.
- Current legal status to live and work in Ireland, No Work Permit available
