We are currently recruiting experienced Financial Controller to join a large 4* Hotel in Dublin. Role is Hotel based, available on a permanent basis and reports to Group Financial Controller.
· Managing the Accounts Team to maximise employee productivity and job efficiency
· Monitoring Finance department and Hotel’s overall financial performance
· Prepare and analyse accurate and timely P&L reports, ensuring that all balance sheets are kept up to date and reconciled
· You will produce monthly management accounts within the agreed reporting deadlines
· You will prepare and monitor the monthly and annual operating budget for the hotel, provide analyses and any suggested activities that need to be actioned to ensure that the budget is achieved.
· Working with Group FC You will prepare for external auditors ensuring that requirements are met within agreed deadlines meeting your Corporate responsibilities.
· Ensuring that the highest standards of daily procedures are in place and maintained for all transactions and stock movements, cash, invoicing, banqueting charges, etc etc.
· Implementing strategies to improve hotel efficiencies, purchasing, insurance, payroll, energy, etc
· Applicants will require minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a busy 4* Hotel.
· Candidates must write and speak fluent English, IT Proficiency
· Candidates require current legal status to live and work in Ireland
