Job Description – Meetings & Events Coordinator - Limerick
The role of the meetings & events coordinator will include following, the list is not exhaustive.
· Co-ordinating enquiries, bookings and all other administration within the Meeting and Events
· To assist with all meetings and events held on-site from enquiry stage to final booking.
· To follow up on all enquiries to obtain maximum bookings with the Meeting & Events Manager
· To assist in the development of the business needs of the company.
· Assist with show rounds of the facilities and client meetings to finalise details of events.
· To prepare commercial agreements and Contracts in conjunction with senior management
· Updating files and ensuring all correspondence are updated
· To assist with day to day operations
· To be present as a representative of The Company for some out of hours / weekend events
· To assist with administration duties for senior management
· To keep up to date the diary of rooms availability
· To promote the facilities on Social media platforms
· Understanding and updating the websites
General Responsibilities
· Answering the main switchboard
· To assist with the administration of the office
· Ad hoc reports
· Any other duties that the company could reasonably ask of you in relation to events or office cover.
The nature of the role requires flexibility incorporating morning, evening and weekend shifts.
