We are currently recruiting an office Administrator for a College in Cork City. This is an exciting and busy role, working in a thriving educational environment providing fulltime administration support for the College.
This role will suit candidate with 2/3 years experience in a similar College/School role or perhaps an Events or Reservations Executive within Hotel or Tourism environment
Experience & Education Preferred:
Education; Further education or training qualifications
Experience: Customer service, IT (CRM systems) , Microso 365 (Excel, Word).
Skills; Excellent communication skills, both written and in person. Willingness to learn.
Job Duties:
This position is part of the College management team. Direct customer service. Processing bookings for part-time and full‐ time student courses, Balancing daily transactions, Social Media & marketing.
Full Time school admin support. Supervising and implementing part time tuition schedules and allocations. Regular meetings and interaction with College management team.
Hours 8:00am – 4:00pm, Mon -Friday,
Holidays 20 Days Annual Leave, Occasional requirement for relief work or additional hours.
Travel; Very occasional business travel may be required.
Training; Full Training provided on College systems and protocols.
Parking; Car Parking available
