Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Rooms Division Manager to lead the front-of-house and accommodation operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficiency, and seamless coordination between departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader to further develop their career in one of Ireland’s finest luxury hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Accommodation, Guest relations, Switchboard and Concierge
- Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards across all areas of the Rooms Division.
- Lead and motivate a diverse, young dynamic team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement strategies, SOPs to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure the seamless delivery of best in class service.
- Monitor and maintain room availability, rates, and occupancy levels.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance of the Rooms Division.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role in a luxury 5 star hotel, preferably in Rooms Division or Front Office.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service excellence, and financial management.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility, professionalism, and a positive, proactive attitude.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred
- Results-driven and self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Current legal status to live and work in Republic of Ireland is required
