We are currently looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Clients sales and marketing team.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:
· The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a Sales or Marketing role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
· Self-motivator, organised, who can work independently but with clear direction from the senior management team.
· A proven track record in group and event conversion, as well as achieving sales targets.
· This role will involve travel; candidates must have access to a car for work & hold a full, clean drivers licence and be willing to travel overseas from time to time.

· Must be target driven and capable of driving new business on their own initiative.
· Target focused and enjoys a challenging & fun, never boring work dynamic
· Good communicator who enjoys meeting with new people and embracing new opportunities
· Creative thinker who is a problem solver.
· Fluent spoken and written English.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
· Responsible for the development and fulfilment of the digital marketing strategy for the property including management of social media platforms in line with the differentiating target audiences
· Responsible for the creation of content for platforms in line with current audience and target audience and to promptly promote the segments of the Resort.
· Identify new leads and sales opportunities for the hotel
· Undertake weekly proactive sales calls/activities with clients as per agreed KPIs
· Promote and generate new business for transient corporate, group and meetings & events segments and other segments as required
· Organise and conduct site inspections and FAM trips
· Represent the hotel at networking events and trade fairs
· Database management with focus on growing & segmenting contacts for better communication
· Maintain the highest level of communication internally and externally in line with the five-star hotel brand standards
· Assist with managing the content of the hotel’s website and social media platforms
· Manage email communication with the various segments
· Ensure all F&B outlets, golf, spa, weddings and leisure centre are being presented to the market appropriately, maximising sales and marketing opportunities for each of these outlets.
· Ensure that all promotional material is current, effective and supports any new sales and marketing promotions.
