We are currently recruiting experienced Spa Manager for a 5* Hotel in Waterford. The main purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of exquisite service and standards and to achieve hotel revenue and profit growth through good planning, efficient production and cost control, particularly within the Spa Department.
About the role:
- Oversee the entire Spa operation to ensure quality service and hygiene standards
- Delivering a guest experience that is memorable, safe, stress free and unique to each visitor.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements including to hygiene and security protocols
- Responsibility for the financial returns of the Spa from increasing daily sales to managing costs.
- Take responsibility for Sales and Marketing activities and driving the business forward
- Management of a team of highly trained Spa therapists and Attendants with a focus on training and development
- Assist HR Manager with recruitment, training and succession planning within the team
Ideal candidate:
- The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of Spa experience with at least 3 years in a Supervisory role.
- Extensive experience developing a range of programmes and body positive treatments
- Proven industry experience managing the Sales, Operations and finances of the Spa in a luxury Hotel
Skills:
Spa Management, Spa treatment, CIBTAC, ITEC or CIDESCO qualifications
