Job Description – Weddings, Events & Digital Coordinator

We are excited to announce the new position now available, our Client are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Wedding, Event & Digital Executive. In this exciting role, you will support the Sales and Marketing Manager in managing and enhancing the online presence for three properties, while also coordinating wedding and event enquiries for our 4* Hotel. You will be the first point of contact for wedding enquiries, responsible for ensuring seamless communication and arranging show-arounds to give potential clients an unforgettable experience of our stunning venue.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

· Co-ordinating enquiries, bookings and all other administration within the Wedding and Events department

· To assist with all meetings and events held on-site from enquiry stage to final booking.

· To follow up on all enquiries to obtain maximum bookings with the Wedding & Events and Sales Manager

· To assist in the development of the business needs of the company.

· Assist with show rounds of the facilities and client meetings to finalise details of events.

· Updating files and ensuring all correspondence are updated

· To be present as a representative of The Company for some out of hours / weekend events

· To assist with administration duties for senior management

· To promote the facilities on Social media platforms, constantly checkign for accuracy and updating content

· Understanding and updating the websites, promotions, offers, seasonal postings etc

· Any other duties occasional duties in relation to managing events, Wedding Fayre, Christmas Party nights etc.

The nature of the role requires flexibility incorporating morning, evening and occasionalweekend shifts.
