 THE ROTUNDA HOSPITAL HAS BEEN CARING FOR GENERATIONS OF PARENTS AND BABIES SINCE 1745. 

Founded in 1745 and incorporated by Royal Charter in 1756, the Rotunda Hospital is independently governed by a Board of Governors in accordance with the Charter and best practice Governance processes as outlined in the Public Sector Code for Corporate and Financial Governance in Public bodies. 

It is one of the busiest maternity units in Europe, being responsible for the care of over 10,000 women annually.
