Sai Prabha Limited T/A Spice India at Bridge Street, Carrick-On-Shannon, Co. Leitrim is currently recruiting Sous Chef. Must have a minimum of 5 Yrs. of experience as a chef, have a knowledge of Indian cuisine and dishes. Comply with food safety & hygiene, plan menus, food storage, and portion control. Experience working in a busy kitchen is essential and must be a team player. This is a permanent full-time role, with a salary range of €34,000 to €39,000 per annum, Hours of work per week: 39 hours.
