Logistics Co-ordinator/Administrator
Sanderson is working with a well known FMCG and they're looking for a logistics administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse forecasts and coordinate with Sales and Operations on supply/demand issues.
• Manage sales contracts, including timing, product coordination, credit limits, and logistics.
• Develop demand plans and address supply issues.
• Maintain high inventory control for efficiency.
• Respond to market demand and ensure supply from traders.
• Lead and participate in logistics projects.
• Support sales and operations teams in order and supply management.
• Propose and investigate cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and traders.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of logistics paperwork.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely product supply.
• Ensure sufficient trailers for timely loading by liaising with carriers.
• Update key business partners daily on supply issues.
• Ensure compliance with Veterinary procedures by liaising with the Department of Agriculture.
• Investigate new market opportunities and remove trade barriers.
• Manage stock control and rotation.
• Oversee credit control.
• Provide additional support as needed.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience in logistics is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in data entry, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to manage change.
