Operations & IT Assistant

Sanderson is working with a well known FMCG to recruit an Operations & IT assistant.
The successful candidate will endure the efficient operation of IT systems and effective training within the factory environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting within the factory
• Implement IT security protocols and automate real time data exchange
• Ensure optimal functioning of IT systems and equipment
• Support the creating of Video Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain a library of video SOPs and conduct training sessions
• Assist in training new starters and support smooth onboarding
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assts
• Conduct audit and generate reports on asset utilisation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic IT tasks and troubleshooting, with 1 year of IT experience
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Initiative, self-motivation and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
• Ability to resolve IT issues efficiently
