Senior HR Advisor
Sanderson is partnering with their international financial services client to recruit a permanent Senior HR Advisor to join their growing team and who will play a critical role in managing the employee lifecycle and fostering positive employee relations. They are looking for a curious and enthusiastic HR professional with approximately 5 years experience in a HR function with a CIPD qualification or interest in working towards one.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. They will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment by interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and when necessary conducting/supporting investigations and employee grievances. They will also support organizational changes (e.g., restructuring, mergers, acquisitions) by providing guidance to leadership and employees.
In addition a key part of the role is to collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights and to prepare regular reports on key HR metrics including turnover, headcount and diversity.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and or at least 5 years experience in a HR function

- Ability to manage employee relations independently
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR data analysis and previous experience with HR systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust with colleagues and stakeholders
