Role Overview:
The CEO will provide strategic and commercial leadership to HSG, ensuring the delivery of highquality services while maintaining financial sustainability. Reporting to the HSG Board, this role is critical in shaping the organisation’s future, leading the executive team, and driving impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategies, ensuring alignment with HSG’s mission and values.
- Commercial Leadership: Optimise financial performance, oversee strategic asset management, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Promote collaboration across subsidiaries, drive knowledge sharing, and oversee major projects.
- Governance & Reporting: Ensure robust governance and accountability through reporting to the HSG Board and other stakeholders.
We are seeking a seasoned leader with:
- Proven experience at CEO or Senior Executive level in a large commercial organisation.
- A strong track record of driving strategic and operational success in complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and build key stakeholder relationships.
- A collaborative leadership style and the capacity to balance commercial acumen with a people-centred approach.
- Experience in healthcare or social care (desirable but not essential).
