About the Role
SYS Financial is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Cork. Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial planners and ensuring the seamless execution of sales and administrative processes. This position is best suited to a motivated individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class support to our Financial Planners.
- Assist with insurance and pension administration for an extensive client base.
- Regularly liaise with Life Assurance and Pension companies to manage client cases effectively.
- Review all documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and maintain client data.
- Oversee new business pipeline administration and processes.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and maintain client files and reports with precision.
- Collaborate closely with financial planners and other members of the sales support team.
- Manage office and boardroom bookings as needed.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Respond to client and internal queries promptly and professionally.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within a similar environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRM and data management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute innovative ideas.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry would be a distinct advantage.
